Submitting your application and application fee secures your place on our housing list. The Office of Housing and Residential Life will contact you about housing availability beginning in early May.
What happens if I'm on the waiting list?
We start offering spaces in late May and continue making offers at the beginning of each month thereafter. If we are not able to offer you housing in a particular month, you will be placed on the waiting list, and an offer may be extended until the following month based on availability. Being on the waiting list does not mean you will not receive housing. We typically make offers to all those on our waiting list prior to opening. Status updates are not available over the phone.
Are my application fee and deposit refundable?
The application fee is a nonrefundable fee paid upon submitting your housing application. The $200 security deposit is required at the time of accepting a housing placement.
