Getting Started with FLCC Rental Facilities

Here are a few things to consider as you begin planning your event:

What dates and times are you considering? How long will it take to set up and tear down? Book early to secure your schedule.
What kind of event are you planning? How many people will attend? This will help you select the appropriate room.
Will you want to serve food? Will you need a podium, microphone, or a projector? Include technical details on your application.
What is your budget? Estimate the cost of your room rental, catering, and any additional support services you may need.

FLCC Rental Facilities Process

Review our rental rates and select the right space for your event.
Complete your rental application at least 30 days before the event.
Submit proof of insurance and a deposit at least two weeks before the event.

Rental Facilities & Room Descriptions

From a large auditorium to classrooms, labs, and meeting spaces, FLCC rental facilities cater to a variety of event styles and sizes. Preview our event spaces below and submit an application to learn more.

Auditorium

Great for performances, keynote lectures, and large events.

State-of-the-art auditorium featuring a digital audio system, stage lighting, and comfortable seating.

- Apron: 40 feet wide in a convex curve
- Proscenium: 17 feet high, 40 feet wide
- Stage depth: 32 feet from front of apron to back wall at center line, 23 feet from back of proscenium to back wall

Note: The auditorium is not equipped to host dance groups.

Stage 14

Dynamic space for workshops, presentations, and dinners.

Versatile meeting space with an optional stage, projector, and professional lighting and sound equipment.

Finger Lakes Café

Perfect for large banquets, dinners, and special events.

Flexible, naturally-lit dining hall with a projector and sound system. Fixed booth seating and movable furniture allow for custom setups.

LeChase Construction Lobby

Centrally located event space with many uses.

This second-floor lobby can be used for receptions alone or with adjoining spaces (auditorium, Stage 14, Café, student lounge).

Student Lounge

Spacious lounge with moveable furniture.

Large open space just inside FLCC front doors.
