Giving Tuesday Challenge
Let's celebrate the incredible individuals who make our community a vibrant hub of learners and doers. This year, a generous alum will donate $50,000 in additional support once we raise over $25,000. Contribute to scholarships, student emergency funding, programs, and more by December 3.

Other Ways to Give
When you support scholarships, you help our students manage the costs associated with their education. But more than that, you give them a transformative sense of belonging, purpose, and personal growth.
Now more than ever, scholarships are vital.
Tuition alone doesn't fully cover what it costs to educate our students. Most of our students receive financial aid or scholarships. Last year alone, we awarded nearly 160 scholarships to deserving FLCC students.
Contribute to Scholarship Opportunities
Scholarship support is a significant factor in a student's decision to choose FLCC and often makes the difference between attending college at all.
Help us continue our legacy of making an FLCC education accessible to all!

Storefront Pioneers Society
FLCC was founded on the premise that higher education can and should be accessible to everyone. Community leaders showed great vision when establishing the original CCFL in downtown Canandaigua in 1965. With a pioneering spirit, a focus on community needs, and a strong commitment to student success, FLCC has earned a much-deserved reputation as an asset for the entire community — impacting the lives of more than 28,000 alumni. Many alumni and friends ensure their own legacies by supporting FLCC's future through planned giving.
Our Storefront Pioneers Society includes supporters who have named FLCC as a beneficiary of their will, retirement plan (401(k), 403(b), IRA, etc.), life insurance policy, or estate plan, while others added to our endowment to continue their annual support after they were gone. Each of these individuals believed in our mission and wanted to ensure that we could continue to thrive and grow into the future.
How to Join the Society
The Storefront Pioneers Society is open to all individuals who have named us in their long-term plans or created an endowment for our benefit. The following types of commitments qualify you for membership:
- A bequest provision in your will or revocable trust.
- A life-income gift that names FLCC as a remainder beneficiary, such as a charitable remainder trust or a charitable gift annuity.
- A charitable lead trust that provides income to FLCC for a donor's lifetime or a term of years.
- A gift or assignment of qualified retirement plan assets, such as an IRA, 401(k), or 403(b).
- A gift of life insurance.
If you have already included FLCC in your estate plans or intend to, we hope you will let us know. Please e-mail the FLCC Foundation at foundation@flcc.edu. Your commitment to FLCC's future can serve as an example that inspires others to follow your lead. If you desire, all information, including your identity, will remain confidential.
