    Transfer into a Degree Program

    If you want to further your studies, transfer into our Creative Writing AA program. The credits you receive from this microcredential program count toward earning your associate's degree at FLCC.

    Earned credits may also count toward various degrees as SUNY General Education electives.

  • Collaborative Writing Workshops

    Master a range of writing techniques by completing four distinct workshops. You'll engage in meaningful dialogue and revisions of your work and experience what it's like to be part of a community of writers. Workshop courses include a general introduction to creative writing, along with a focus on poetry, fiction, and nonfiction.

Costs and Aid

Microcredentials are charged on a per-credit-hour basis. Our part-time rate includes tuition and standard fees for NYS residents, plus any other fees for specific courses, labs, and online instruction. Access to financial aid varies by part-time and full-time status, household finances, and other circumstances.
