Regional and U.S. Travel Experiences

You don’t have to cross an ocean to broaden your horizons. FLCC also offers travel programs that provide hands-on learning experiences within the United States. Sponsored by specific programs or clubs, these trips connect classroom learning with real-world situations, usually lasting from a few days up to a week.

Depending on your major or interests, you might:

• Attend arts and culture events in Rochester and beyond
• Participate in a statewide competition in your field of study
• Tour regional research facilities or visit an industry partner
• Study distinct ecological environments, such as the Florida Everglades
